SUSAN DOBSON, M.A., CCDC is an Educator of Effective Communications Strategies, Addiction Specialist, Spiritual Interventionist and Radio Talk Show Host. Along with her diverse background she brings with her over 22 years of experience in the industry as educator, advocate and facilitator in the field of Addictions and Mental Illness.

Being in recovery myself for over 22 years I personally understand the challenges of the addicted personality, and all whose lives they touch, and the problems and solutions associated with the process of healing.

I spent the first part of my career in the entertainment field as President of a successful boutique production company: managing and producing some of the biggest stars in television and screen. living a very public life being married to Kevin Dobson, one of the industries most successful actors, and raising three small children. I know first hand what it feels like when life was spinning out of control, self medicating with alcohol and drugs; trying to keep it together, looking good on the outside, knowing your dying on the inside.

A graduate of the University of Santa Monica with an MA in Spiritual Psychology Susan demonstrates an effective working knowledge of the tools of 12 step recovery together with what she calls, the psychology of soul-centered communications skills: a process which allows her to be of maximum service; to see and understand the loving essence of each person, separate from the things they have done while under the influence of their dis-ease.

Her gift of healing and working with other people is a direct result of her life experience: in the entertainment industry, a high profile life, a strong foundation in a 12 step program, a long term marriage to well know actor,Kevin Dobson, 3 children and two grandchildren. Susan's active participation in charitable community events and outreach programs through radio and other mediums, provide her with a daily reprieve from the dis-ease of addiction and experiential wisdom to pass-on to others who suffer from this dis-ease as well.
