Choir Practice
September 16, 2010 I had choir practice tonight for the first time since summer vacation. Our musical director, Jeaninne Wagner is having surgery and we had/have a guest director, non other than, Paul Salamunovich, Music Director Emeritus of the Los Angeles Master Chorale, Wow what an honor, and history abounds. Mr. Salamunovich worked as a young man with Jeaninne's father, Roger Wagner as his Assistant Conductor of the Roger Wagner Chorale which was later turned into the LA Master Chorale. When Roger Wagner retired, Paul took over. He has come out of retirement to cover for Jeaninne while she is recouperating from surgery. He will be conducting our concert in November and will be singing his award winning, Lux Aeterna by Morten Lauridsen, more on that later.

Susan;
I am a recovering alcoholic (20 months!) I would seriously like to get in to Drug & Alcohol Counseling. There are so many web-sites each more confusing than the next. Is there just one simple place you could advise me to start? I sure would appreciate any help that you can offer.
Thank you.
